Yes it should...

Only on the 2007, the parts finder shows you need a new shift lever #33668-07 to replace your OEM shift lever #33660-07, in order to support the change from one foot shift lever #34564-90B to two foot shift levers #33895-82E . It seems that the pegs #34611-65A, spacers #6057, o-rings #11191, and bearing sleeves #33708-94. are the same...

Thanks, made note of it. In the meantime, I had a shifter shaft lying around so, drilled a hole in the shifter and press fitted part of the knurl side into it, then welded the other side for good measure.
Still need to get new pegs.

Default Part number

You need to look up the parts for a same year softail that had a heel/toe shifter (I used the Heritage) to get the part numbers to switch it over....

I have a heel/toe set up on my Bagger & Heritage, so when I recently bought a 2001 Springer, I added a heel/toe shifter so all the bikes were the same....

I didn't switch to footboards, so I can't help you there. I did swap the front foot pegs to the longer 5" version to gain some foot room, part #49500-92T for $37.00/pair from an online vendor..

You'll need to change the shift lever assembly #33668-90C @ $78.00 online. Not the one on the transmission, but the one the foot shift levers attach to, because it has a longer shank to accommodate the two shift levers. You'll need to get two shift levers (#33895-82E @ $39.00 each online), four shifter pegs (#34611-65A @ $8.61 each online), and I replaced the o-ring (#11191) and the nylon washer (#6057)

NOTE: All the part #s fit a 2001 FXSTS, so they should fit your bike (listed as a 2001 FXSTI)....... All prices were from an online HD parts vendor w/discount... they would cost more at your local HD parts counter. If you want to add footboards, you'll also need to buy two new footboard mounting brackets ($103 & $159), two foot boards w/pads ($87 each) and assorted hardware.. For those part numbers, look up the parts pic for a 2001 Heritage.... you can then also check/confirm the part numbers I gave you for the shift lever assembly, shift levers, and pegs...

The part number you gave for the shift lever “33668-90c” is actually the wrong part. It’s actually 90b that is the right one.

All in all though, your post was really informative. Appreciate you brother.

I am thinking I may do this mod to my 2010 fxstc. Anyone have floor board numbers?

I'm not trying to be condescending, but your response suggests you don't understand what the suffix at the end of the old part number system used by HD means.

Just FYI....

Part #33668-90C is the same as #33668-90B, but it is the updated part number. The different suffix at the end of an old HD part number can be nothing more than a change in vendor, or it could be an improvement to an existing part... If the only difference between part numbers is the suffix at the end, they are almost always interchangeable...

The "B" part number is obsolete and no longer available from HD. You can get it used on eBay, but if you want to buy new from the dealer/MoCo, you have to buy part "C"...

The "C" part is not the "wrong part", it was the updated part number in 2019 when I wrote that response and is still the current updated part number....

You'll need to swap to the Heritage style footboard mounts from your foot peg mounts.

33630-07A
BRACKET JIFFY STAND, SHIFT LEVER & FOOTBOARD- INCLUDES SHIFTER BUSHINGS

50600026
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RIGHT FOOTBOARD & BRAKE (REPLACES 42431-00)
This part replaces 42431-00B.

Then you'll need to get foot boards, etc, etc...

I stand corrected, no offense taken. The only reason I said anything is because when I looked up that part number it showed me the standard shift lever and not the extended shanked lever for the heel/toe adaption. I do appreciate that extra knowledge though brother.
