Check the wiring for a short. As the LEDs pull less power, that is unlikely to be the problem. Sometimes the wire harness that runs along the inside of the fender gets messed up.

I did check but see anything possible that could be wrong but I didn't pull it out to really look

When you put a new fuse in and then power up, does the fuse blow immediately? If so, that is an indication of a dead short in the wiring. Pinched, scuffed, rubbed through, etc.
