just saw the thread for the Sunpie LED headlamp and passing lamps so I ordered them this afternoon.
would also like to convert the turn signals and tail light over to LED.
which Turn Signals and Tail lights are you all using.
I went full LED this year, I did the Smart Triple Play, turns, tail light, front & rear fender tips and passing and headlamp. My Pass and HL bulbs I got from my local Indy. You're going to pay a little bit for the Custom Dynamics, but they carry a lifetime warranty, and they're customer service is second to none.
I did an Eagle Lights Headlight in my Dyna and I really liked it, the light was amazing.
I have two bikes with BAL-1 tail lights, and 1 bike with a Custom Dynamics tail light... Both are very nice units.
If you want fancy flashing patterns... or want to adjust the level of the tail light (3 levels- DOT, a little brighter, and a lot brighter) use the BAL-1, all that stuff is built into the light. If you just want a bright, normal functioning tail light, go with Custom Dynamics. CD offers all the fancy patterns too, you just have to buy an additional module for it.
For turn signal LEDs, a load equalizer, and the run/turn/brake module for rear turn signals, I went with Custom Dynamics on all three bikes....
I've never had to contact BAL (Bright *** Lights) for any issues, but I have contacted Custom Dynamics and their customer service is top notch!!!

Daymaker headlight, BAL-1 tail light, and Custom Dynamics turn signals front and rear.
Exact same here.
My first BAL-1 was on the 11 FLHTK which I moved to the 15 FLHTKL. It has a new home now. I immediately put the BAL-1 on the 13 FLSTF when I got it. Have had NO problems with any of them.
We'd be glad to help with the different lights we sell for your bike. Our office is going to be closed over the weekend, but feel free to send us an email at sales@customdynamics.com, or give us a call on Monday at 800-382-1388. Thanks!
