Knee starts aching

If I don't take glucosamine regularly, my knees get so bad it hurts to walk up stairs and forget riding a bicycle more than a few minutes. When I started having knee problems around 20 years ago, a few guys at work told me that was what kept them going, and I've had doctors tell me since it works wonders for a lot of people. Does depend on what's wrong, not a cure all, but works great for some old age related issues and some injuries. Takes 2-4 weeks to start feeling a difference if it's going to work. Good one to start with is this 30 day supply of the liquid form; I've read the liquid works better, and I tried this and can say for me it worked at least as good if not better than the capsules. Also on Amazon, but Costco's cheaper.

Do a vegan protocol It will take a month and you should start feeling better. Inflammation is what plagues most of the planet these days ☹️ Cancer is an inflammation most disease has some inflammatory properties. My knee was **** for a good 5 years till we did a full vegan episode for like 3 months to try and help my bro fight stage 4 cancer. Sadly he passed after only 2 and a half months but he sure looked a lot better than he did when started To little to late he figured. He maybe right ? Anyway since we did this with him we all got healthy and decided to push for a good year I can actually run these days again. Chase cattle and ride my dirt bike again. Im 52. Im also back to eatin meat but not as much as before. Lots of info online about eatin just veggies for a little while to clean up the body and do the reset button as joe cross would say 👍
