1994 softail custom hand throttle question
i loosened my hand controls on the righ hand side to lower the brake pedal, and pushed the housing to the left, b4 my throttel used to move left and right in and out of the housing which i reaaly did not like,
it no longer does and is much more stationary which i like better, it still returns ok by it self is it ok to have my throttle more stationary ?

Should be OK as long as it doesn't stick. Even if you don't ride in the snow, check it for stickyness this winter and, if still OK, you have nothing to worry about.
