I'm in the UK and recently acquired an ex Californian FXST, l've installed a Mikuni Carb and V&H pipes and have removed to evap/emissions canister(not needed over here)l'd like to remove the canister bracket as well but the two "bolts" that hold it to the back of the motor behind the rear fender don't have any heads at all...l'm guessing they were shear bolts that are designed to not be be removed....am l right or am l missing a trick?
