I don't really like how the world is evolving. Soon all small shops are going to be gone because of people like this.
Hmm, I reread my own post a few times. It's funny, because no where in my comment do I see anything about a mom and pop store.

When you read it that's what you read into my post. When I wrote it, I was thinking about major chains that sell helmets and boots at top dollar and really don't give a **** about their customers. Also, maybe you haven't noticed but mom and pop stores are pretty much a thing of the past. Maybe that's not the case in Canada. Major chains and the internet have put them out of business not "people like this."

My comment seems to have hit a nerve in some folks. I'll admit that is a nice fix, Dan.

The reality is there are no brick and mortar stores for helmets or boots within 120 miles of where I live other than a Harley dealer. So, I happen to do most of my purchasing online like MOST people nowadays. I know my head size and shoe size and what helmets and boots I like so I have no need to screw any store anyways.

But, after I have been chastised my you and Andy I feel horrible and will change my ways.

Truthfully, I won't.

If you buy online from Revzilla, you have a certain amount of days to return it. Their official policy from their website:

”Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.”

Also, on Revzilla’s video on proper helmet fit, they state that after you get the helmet, you should wear it around the house for 15-30 minutes to make sure there are no pressure points. So they expect it’s going to be worn at least a little bit.
