Hello, I am thinking about putting the TrueWrapz wrap-around turn signals on the bike I called Harley and they said they were 39 mm. I cant believe that. That is the smallest size revzilla has in these turn signals and my forks look huge towards the top
Thanks for your help guys. And I was going to change the headlight bulb to an LED. any cheap suggestions. I want a white light look in the front. Not the yellowish tint.

...snip....
The actual fork tube size is 41mm, but on Slims there's the "cowbells" that cover
the fork tubes from the lower tree down to the sliders (unless you have removed them).
There's also the upper front/rear facia behind the headlight that cover the fork tubes & trees
(again unless you've removed them).
If you want to put these wrap-arounds on the cowbells, just get a length of string, wrap it
around the cowbell, mark it & measure it / divide by 3.17. Pretty easy to do...
I am going to put them on the forks right below the black plate. In this picture, there is a silver screw in the picture where my current turn signals are located. It is 10 inches in diameter at that spot. What size of wrapz would you all recommend?
I dont think I will need to remove any parts. Hey and thank you

What you have indicated are the "cowbells", NOT the actual fork tubes. I would recommend
going to the Custom Dynamics website and utilize their 800 phone number to talk to them
directly for their recommendation. Ok, its 800-382-1388
I did and they were unsure and I called Harley and they told me it was 39 mm but that size is too small. Thank you for your help T. Is it ok to put them on the cowbells? Are those covers for the forks?

Yes, as I mentioned a few posts back, they are covers for the actual fork tubes.
Its YOUR bike, you can put them where you want. Again, its easiest to just get
a small string, wrap it around the cowbell, measure it, then divide by 3.17 to
obtain the diameter....
Here's the microfiche from RonniesHD showing the parts diagram (the cover is #27)...
So 56 mm wrap arounds are the biggest and will cover 7 inches of circumference around the cowbell. I think I can make it work. There has to be three inches behind that I can hide. And the location helps as well. Right under the black plate that holds the headlight. And wo you have any suggestions for an LED headlight replacement bulb. Would this work https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/...headlight-bulb
