Recommendations for finding neutral
It only has 146 miles on it . Just keep breaking it in ,it should get better after a good 3 or 4 thousand miles and things start loosing up a little.

I also would say check the clutch adjustment or better still start over and do it to Harley factory procedure stating with the adjustment on the clutch basket itself. I bought a low mile used Harley from a private owner last Fall that the local dealership had just done an expensive full service on it and everything on it seemed fine except for neutral being hard to find. Turns out there was no free play at the lever and the adjustment at the clutch basket was off too. Those two simple adjustments cured the problem. Keep in mind the clutch adjustment on a Harley is different than most other brands.
