That is the side that I pulled most of the way through and my pull cord broke when it was almost all the way through so I had to pull it back out and back through again. So it's possible that I damaged the wires but what are the chances that none of the wires work?
It is entirely possible that the main power wire to the housing was damaged. Are the bars internally wired? What year is the year and model?

They are internally wired. It's a 2010 FXCWC Rocker. Which wire is the main power to the housing?

I just used a multimeter to check continuity. When I connect it to the pins on the plug for each individual switch and engage the switch it is showing that there is continuity

If I remember correctly, there is a larger orange wire that supplies power to the switch housing. The best bet would be to pull the tank again and start checking for power at the connector and then check for proper resistance through each of the wires leading to the housing. Also, be sure to double check all of the fuses.

An open wire will not blow a fuse. A bare wire touching will.

Now check each wire to ground for a short.

Check the horn fuse, on my 09 sporty I pinched a wire for the horn and every time I pushed the horn button it shorted out and the turn signals wouldn't work.....

Again electrical isn't my strong suite so I called a friend of mine who is an electrician and he helped walk me through some tests. I checked each wire to ground and checked voltage of each wire. In the end we eliminated the possibility of the switches or the wiring inside the bars being bad. No fuses are blown and readings at the fuses are all ok. So we think it's a pinched/damaged wire or wires under the tank.

He also said he thinks it's that orange power supply wire somewhere under the tank between where it splits to feed the right side and the harness going to the left side. It was late by the time we got to this conclusion so this weekend I will pull the tank again and see if we can find and replace the bad section of wire.

Seems awefully coincidental you didn't have any problems until ya did the bar swap, and the problem isn't within the bar wiring? Stranger ***** happened I guess, but.....

I did remove and replace the tank so I think I must have pinched a wire under the tank when putting the tank back on.
