Default Risers for 2013 FB Lo 1.5" bars

I'm thinking of raising my bars ever so slightly...I say slightly because I don't want the hassle of replacing al the wiring and cables. I'm thinking maybe 4"...possibly with a slight pull back and from what I've read, 4" wouldn't require changing cables....but...can I find any for my bike?? They all seem to be 1" or 1.25" if I'm lucky and I'm 99% sure my bars are 1.5"

Any ideas?...I chatted with J&P as an example and they didn't have anything to fit.

I have a 13 Fatboy, and they're 1.25 bars.
