OK, I have a 2000 Fatboy and I guess I'm doing the learn as I go thing. The original head lamp was a pos. It either lit up the road on the right side with the low beam, or it lit up the tree tops on the left. My son sprang for a Halomaker from Hog Workz and I got it installed today. It wasn't a magical fit so I will be getting another opinion on my work. I may have to get another can that will give me that perfect fit. Next step is the turn signals I got from Drag Specialties. The mount is pretty simple so I don't think I will screw that one up. Since I got the bike used, it was someone else's ride so I want to do things to make it my own. At least this is a start.
I have read a little here and there on this site and I really enjoy it. It definitely looks like a great place to learn. I look forward to being a part of the group!
Thank you !
