2015 breakout wont start on kick stand

Exclamation 2015 breakout wont start on kick stand
15 breakout so the breakout that im working on will not start on its stand already checked for the switch and is not the issue will start standing up thought it might be the angel sensor but cant locate one and im sure it dosnt have one would love some help with the issue boys

Please forgive my ignorance if I'm wrong, but I thought it's not supposed to start on the stand, you know, as a safety feature.

It is supposed too start in neutral on the kick stand. But I've since figured out the issue the computer had to be reset after installing the compensator sproket eliminater kit. Thanks
