Default Flush solid riser bushing

Does anyone make a solid flush mount riser bushing? I have flush riser bushings on my 2010 FXCWC but with my new bars they feel loose so I was thinking of going to solid riser bushings. The problem is that I am having a hard time finding any that are flush mount.

What I am looking for are the type of riser bushings where the bottom one is recessed to hide the riser mounting bolt within the bushing but in a solid bushing option. I can't tell from the picture you posted if that's what you have. Do you have a pic showing the bottom where the bolt goes?

I just found this one from lowbrow customs. It looks like it's what I am looking for but they don't list the FXCWC in their really long list of bikes it fits but it does say it fits a 2013-2017 Breakout? Would this work?

Talked to them yesterday and they don't fit, those are for 39mm forks. So I am still looking for an option if anyone knows of a place that sells them.
