Anyone know of a phone 'mount' that attaches to the riser top 'plate' ?...b.

 

Check out ram mount ball. The ball comes threaded and there are some mounts out there that fits the ram mount! Ram mount phone mount and quad lock 1" ball

 

I ended up getting the two piece riser clamps and adding a Ciro 1" bar clamp in between the risers.

I have been using this for 2 years now not one issue. Phone has not moved off it and for $20 not a bad price.

 

Now that's my kind of price !

 

It was cheaper 2 years ago, but I have over 7,000 mile one the bike and one one issue yet with it.
