2006 softail deluxe
I have a softail that I upgraded the rocker arms to stock like s&s, s&s lifters, pushrod kit, s&s rocker shaft, and rocker lockers. Recently took bike to local mechanic and he replace my inner cam bearings. The bearings were the source of a loud tapping noise. However now when I ride my gears out to a higher rpm there is an obnoxious loud noise that seems to be coming from the top end. Any thoughts? Was wondering if it could be related to chain tensioners but mechanic said they didnt look worn and bike has 6k miles on it.
