My 2009 Heritage has the small half moon type floorboards. Im coming for Electra Glides and find myself putting my feet on the boards with my heels hanging off the back. Has anyone tried running the floorboards from a Deluxe?
These are the type thats on the bike now.
and these are the Softail Deluxe boards Im considering

These floorboards should look familiar, same as your FL. The rubber vibration dampers are the weak spot on this design, hence the bolts. These are mounted on a Heritage Springer so just another way to roll.
Comparing the two, it looks like the Heritage footboards have male mounting tabs and the Deluxe footboards have female mounting tabs. It would seem odd why the difference but that is only by visual appearance in the pictures. Is that the actual case? I do not know. Sorry, no help here.
As RK_Classic noted the distance between the mounting tabs is the first measurement to confirm.
I'm running Ness fusion boards. they are adjustable (3 positions) I have them in the most forward position and have no complaints with my size 16 shoes.
Added bonus they are far more solid than the pressed HD items that are an inch think.

Thanks for posting, those floor boards are nice.
Do they adjust back toward the rear? For a more rear foot position say the opposite of extending then forward.. for those with a shorter inseam?
I'm looking to move my feet a little further back from stock and wondered if these would do that?
