Error 562
This code is generated when voltage drops below 11 at 2000 rpm for over 5 seconds.
Of course, bike will still run at that
Connects at ignition switch dirty, the on/off on the bars, a bad wire, connection at ecm relay or ecm fuse, the power ground coming off ecm. Or the ecm plug.
Lot of variables like milage, bike been in wreck, flooded under water, weather and condition bike is subjected to.
Odd accessories added to bike or modifications .

Hopefully mechanical connection like the two switches or a contact pin on a plug.
Be sure to post back you fix.
I have s 04 Tacoma 4X4 with low milage purchased new. Once in a blue moon, I would get no fuel pump signal while cranking and a no start.
This year, it did it 3 or 4 times in a week. I took lower dash off both sides and the kick panels. It doesn't have a timer on crank side for fuel pump. It has two relays system.
Went through everything including frame grounds. Still don't know just how fixed it is however. I found the ignition switch off just slightly on the resistance side.
I pulled it apart and it's just a stamped plate of copper for the contacts. One was dirty. I cleaned it. I can only assume Toyota built it that way since it only controls relays.
However the want $180 for it. Ebay clone is 30.

Fingers are crossed.
If it wasn't the broken wire, I suspect RIPSAW is on point. Since you verified proper voltage, and saw it throw a code with proper voltage, it is probably a mechanical connection that is causing the ECM to see low voltage and throw that code...
Did you just inspect the grounds, or remove and clean them....??
If the broken wire you found isn't the issue, then I would start with cleaning grounds, and then I'd go to inspecting/cleaning the ECM connections...
Good luck and post back what you find....

I don't do this for a living but I just ohm the grounds to frame from the copper wire to the frame with my meter set to 200 ohm.
If there off any, then I pull them. Same for moving connections. I was surprised to see that the bar off was the first call out.
I never use that. Mine probably has not been moved in 18 years. Maybe I ought to flip it occasionally.

Whatever that's a relief.
Thank you all for your help.
