Heyas,
GotCustom Mirrors in and I have a question for you people that have changed the OEM ones out and have kept your turn signals on the Handle Bars. The new mirrors come with 5/16" x 18 Threaded Allen Bolt , The OEM Mirror Stemsare 5/16 x 24. The left mirror is a no brainer as the bolt threads up through the clutch housing. However, the right mirror is a challange with that adapter it has to hang the turn signal off it. Is there an adaptor sold from somewhere that has threaded 5/16"x18 on one end and a 5/16 x24 on the other ? Ive seen pics of bikes with the custom mirrors and the turn signals in the same place so I know They are out there, just gotta find em! I didnt have any luck at Ace Hardware etc..... any help is appreciated. Thanks
I switched mirrors but bought HD brand skull mirrors so I am sure they are the same as the OEM. My turn signals are still on my bars. I will be moving them to the forks via light bar ASAP.
Do you want the turnsignlas on the bars? If not, there are mounting clamps you can buy to move them to the forks. Just an idea, if the mirror thing doesn't work. Good luck.
I bought a turn signal relocation kit already just in case. Im warming to the idea of moving them down to the forks.I may do it this weekend if I cant get an adaptor for it.
..yep they make em..had a coupla laying around garage..came with some mirrors I bought and didn't need them. I think the mirrors were some pro-one crap. I don't know if these will work..give them a call.. http://www.jokermachine.com/itemstre...Placeholder=10
