I got these as an extra set with my bike when I got it. (2006 standard) They say screamin eagle on them but not sure which model they are. I want to sell them and need to figure out what they are so I can make an add for them. How much are they worth?
Hey Dave I dont have a clue it may be a good idea to repost In the Harley tech forums .Under engine/ fuel/ intake/exhaust you may get a better responce there.Just a suggestion Good luck
What harleydad said. These are the same exhaust as the Vance and Hines "Q" series. I havethem on my heritage and they sound excellent, especially with the quiet baffles from V/H installed.
Good looking pipes Memphis. I am seriously thinking of getting a set for my 07 Heritage, or maybe a set of the Q Series Double Barrel Longs.
What is the sound like compared to stock - am looking for something quite a bit deeper and louder. My 07 stock sounds more lawn mower-ish. I see in the marketting blurb from V&H that they are their quietest pipes.
I don't know what the '07 sound like assuming you have the Rush slip-ons. Compared to the stock exhaust I had on my '06, anything is an improvement. These pipes (V/H "Q" series) are not as loud (IMHO) as the Big Shot Staggered. But they do have a nice rumble at idle and will bark when you get on it. I recently replaced the stock baffles with the V/H quiet baffles. Seemed to take some of the edge off and give it a litttle deeper tone. I am very happy with this set-up.
If they say Screaming Eagle on them and they are off a '06 model they have the "power chamber" at the rear heat shields and are not a true dual. They sound good though. The V&H are true duals and have a continuous line without the shield step up half way down the pipe.

I have the same with the quiet baffle installed also. I am very happy with the sound and looks. I believe these pipes have a larger Power chanmber than the standard VH double barrel has also.
