I have a 03 Heritage Softail I have to put a new starter on which most of you know if you put a starter on one of those you have to take half the bike apart at any rate I've never had to deal with a primary pad I was going to go ahead and adjust my primary tension

Looking at the chain I'm thinking about an eighth of an inch of wear maybe less
I had everything tore down attached the picture pushing 60,000 miles I think you can see the wear by looking at the chain of the groove go ahead and replace it I'm the second owner of this bike and I put about 10,000 miles on it myself
