I'm inclined to agree with the above post and a dirty ignition switch. I'd start there with an VOM.
Chasing elect probs is a pia and time consuming, replacing items with new can get expensive trying to rule the prob out.
This is one of those things not having hands on is a guessing game. Not much help, I know, g' luk.

Marrying a replacement ECM &TSM
Could someone please verify the procedure to "marry" the replacement of the TSM and ECM ?
I have replaced both of these. The TSM is an exact replacement, the ECM is a SE unit correct for year/model range.
