Hello all, I bought a 2008 Heritage Softail and it came with only one key and one alarm fob… how do I get a second of each?

The key has a number under the black cover... You can take that number to a dealer and get a key, along with a spare FOB. The FOB will come with a tag containing its security code... don't lose that...
You can program a total of two FOBS into the security system. You will then need to have a dealer, or someone with one of the ECM tools, add the code of the new FOB to your security system. The dealer may do it for free, but many charge either 1/2 or 1 hour labor. I have one of the tools and it takes about 10-15 min.
