Heritage 114-Saddlebag mounting bolt torque spec

Heritage 114-Saddlebag mounting bolt torque spec
Question for the guys with service manuals for the 18+ heritage... what is the torque spec for the saddlebag mounting screws? The T45 or T40 screws inside the bags.
I got one of mine at the dealer to replace the lock, searching here and googling, I havent been able to find it. I have the other bag off the bike, since im replacing the spacers with the quick-disconnects backrest, figured I could get one side done while waiting for the dealer. Always use blue loctite if it's something I want to be able to take off in the future, but cant find the torque for the life of me.
