2005 Heritage softail
So i change my spark plugs a nd took her out for a short ride i dont know maybe 60 70 miles when i got home she wasnt running right i pulled the plugs and they where black does this mean my carb needs adjusted or am i looking at more Serious Problem

Did this happen all of a sudden....?
Could you have left the enricher on for the ride....? Maybe it's sticking in the on position...
If the enricher is working properly I would verify good spark, try adjusting the carb, and if adjustment didn't work, remove the carb to tear it down...
Has it been awhile since last carb rebuild...?
