BCM absolutely unbelievable situation

Im in the same boat with an 02 RKC and my Son in law with an 02 Heritage - you might know better than me on this (im sure you do) Custom Dynamics makes a TSM and JT`s cycle parts carry a module from Badlands. Now I have heard that these units will work - then they wont work due to HD having a BAS involved, as well... if you have the TSSM can you put in the TSM and not worry about the security aspect of it? or - I know you have a software that can go in an calibrate/change settings but to what degree?
If one had the centurion pro plus (now im asking) could they use one of the TSM/TSSM mentioned above and just shut of whats not needed like the security system, BAS, etc? kind of an expensive way around it but what do we do when that part goes bad? Funny thing is my Son in law does all the computer stuff & I do the engines, Transmissions and other labor stuff - some of these software items other than tuners are an item im not really up on, I just dont have the patience. Guess ill have to learn and be patient, Lol

Thanks for that info. I will have to look into that.
I was unaware that Custom Dynamics or Badlands made a TSM replacement for HD...
