Aw crud!!
Just a thought. On another brand bike with a Bosch starter. On the bench, the starter would spin what seemed like fine. Back in the bike, would not turn the engine. Turned out that under load the starter was weak. Cleaned all the built up crud out of it and new brushes, all was well.
Could you have that issue??

At least with my original clutch, when you pull the lever in gear it rolls now, without the engine turning.
Of course the rebuild starter has no warranty.

You really need to attempt to prove something is bad. There two of those same relays in my fuse box.

Mine has a start and a separate system relay. Both identical number. Side by side under seat.

Time for some actual troubleshooting.
Get out your digital multimeter.
Read the voltage at the small terminal on the starter solenoid when the start button is pressed, note: do not unplug the wire.
What is the voltage reading?
