Because of neuropathy my muscles that lift my ankle are weak. I have been using a heal toe lever on my Moto Guzzi with much success. Heal toe shifters for Forwards control pegs are rare nonexistent. I am looking at these two but I have not been able to confirm if the splines are the same if the splines are the same, I may be able to make something work Both of theses are for older four speed shovels
The V-Twin version looks like a copy of the Dewey Heel Hammer that is no longer available.
It might/might not work like you want.
Have you read this thread ? They replaced the mounts with those from a Heritage to get longer spline shaft
so that the 'traditional' softail heel/toe shifters work. Thread has some pretty good pictures too....

My only sure way is to go with the longer Heritage Shaft and use the standard heal toe shift levers.
I probably should have gone this route in the first place. I was just looking for a cleaner appearance.
Thanks for everyone's help
Plan B Installed. Parts used. Drag PU-DS-530610 Arm and a Inner Shifter Shaft Lever EB Used an inner FLH lever to make a short heal lever Installed a heal-toe long shaft Shift Pegs from Spares Adjusted until it seemed about right. Now the fun part I get to try it out.
