Running down Highway 95 doing about 65 random thing occurrence. All three headlights went out looked behind me really quick made sure running lights still on threw on my hazards turn signals work, but sons of guns just turned right off. Light’s out on a dark *** road to!
I flipped the switch a couple times after 💩 myself and pulling over to the side… nothing no lights but as soon as I fired the motor back up, the lights popped back on. Any idea what that might be? I’m literally steering towards something like this!
Thanks,
Johnny

Be helpful to know what year and model including all the letters. For the future, add a signature line similar to mine you see at bottom of my post on my bike sentence.
I had a old German Zundap bike back in the 60s that did that routinely. Of course back then, only used lights at night. Never did figure it out. Just found a car heading my way and stayed in front of him.
At 17, why sweat the small stuff.
I would check battery connections. But probably something else. Need year since newer bikes have BCM control that may play a part here.

Does the high beam still work when the lights go out?
The spots work off the low beam (unless they've been rewired) go off when you turn on the high beam.
If the high bean works it could be
1. a bad wire
2. a bad switch
3. a loose connection at the connector under the tank. (this was my problem)
1. Check all fuses connections and check continuity of fuses with VOM.
2. Check wiring connections to your battery.
3. Check Ignition switch.
4. Check for any codes if a newer bike (loss of communication)
5. Make sure your Gremlin Bell is intact.
