I had just installed some ape hangers on my bike and now she will not start. She cranked and ran for a little bit and then died on me. There is spark since it started for a little bit and then died, flies is coming out of the jet inside the carb. I checked all fuel lines to make sure there is no kinks. What should I do now? Any information is appreciated!

I'll presume you mean fuel and not flies comes out of the carburetor jet.

Anyhow, that it started once doesn't mean you have spark now. With handlebars and wires, I'd be far more inclined to suspect an electrical/ignition problem than a fuel problem.
