Default Tunes for my Fatboy

Hey guys and gals! I'm looking to put a bluetooth speaker on my Fatboy. Interested in the KSpeaker bar type unit. Anyone have any experience with it? I keep hearing that any handlebar mounted speaker system will not have the volume for a bike, but I'm not looking to put on a fairing. Any suggestions? Is the pricier Kuryakn Thunder speaker bar any better? I'd rather have the bar type than the pods, but are they better?
Most of my riding on this bike is almost always <60mph. I've got hearing issues too, so I need it to crank up at least a little. Any help would be appeciated.
Jerry

Do everyone around you a favor and get some wireless earbuds.

With my poor hearing, I’m afraid I won’t hear anything BUT the music if I use ear buds. I can’t hardly hear my buddies at a traffic light now, lol.

Then you are NOT going to hear that soundbar, except at a stoplight

If not a soundbar, any suggestions? I can hear the radio on my Street glide well enough.

How do you adjust the volume while you’re riding?

The only way you're going to get what you want is out of a fairing. I did a custom system a few years ago, I loved having the tunes, but hated the look.

Pop over the Audio section, there's a lot of great guys with great advice. You could do pods on an engine guard.

Are you going to hear the (dangerous thing) coming at you from your blind spot in time?

Humans were given a few different sensory organs which make us aware of danger so we can react to it.

Ears and eyes top the list.

Riding with earbuds in would be like driving with a 5% tint on your windshield.

Head on a swivel isn't just about being visually aware.
