FYI for anyone looking for one going forward, you can still purchase that cover from H-D (P/N 52257-08 / FAIRING, FRAME). I bought one online from H-D for the Heritage since I couldn't locate on online anywhere else.
Looks like you saved a few bux on the one you found, but for anyone still looking, they ARE out there.
My Cross Bones has a 200mm rear tire with a 6" wide rear rim.
I have a 2003 Heritage (non-Springer) and it has a 150mm rear tire with a 3" wide rear rim.
I did a quick measurement, on both bikes.
The Cross Bones fender is 9.5" wide, and my Heritage fender is 7.1" wide..
So as I surmised, the Crossbones cover is going to leave gaps at the top....
If that is "fine" with the OP, then go for it....
Personally, I wanted something that fit tighter to the rear fender....
