Default Part Identification

I have a 2009 heritage, and I'm looking for the circular plastic clip that keeps the two passenger seat bolts from falling into the fender. Does anyone know what hey are called? I need to buy 2.

thanks in advance

If you are in a hurry....The image of that part looks like it can be home made with scissors and an empty gallon jug of milk.
