I tried one on at dealer for my 07 FatBoy. it sat me too high, although it did stretch my legs but I felt like I was sitting way to high for my taste. plus it's butt ugly on a FB so I decided not to buy it.
I have the Tallboy seat for my Springer Classic, although it is for the Fatboy it was a direct bolt on. I am 6'4" and 220 lbs and it is a fantastic seat for the long haul. I used it on my 500 mi round trip to Ocean City Md, and it was great 2" up and 3" back from stock. I bought it for my wife because it has a large wide pillion incorparated into the seat and the padding is thick. Very comfortable! If your tall and want leg room that is the seat you want!
elkhorn Check the catalouge for the correct number, I see you ride a Deluxe they make one specificly for the Deluxe. I have a Springer abd the fatboy version fits mine as does the Deluxe which in turn means either will fir yours ( direct bolt on) the only difference between the Deluxe and Fatboy version of the Tallboy seat is I believe the fatboy version gives you the greater up and back.....but not by much, If you have an 06' HD book check the specs out on both you'll see what I mean.
