Front fork offset has been fixed. Did not affect bike handling or performance. Not sure about anything else other than color choice changes.

There are apparently more changes than initially thought. I just bought an 08 fatboy and am just finding this out!! The swingarm is completely different for the 08. Also there is some change in the gas tank. I was interested in a hd radical paint scheme that fits a 2007 Fatboy. I was advised that the gas tank has changed and the set will not work on my 08.

New front brakes (will not retrofit)
New front brake lever (will not retrofit)
New rear axle (will not retrofit)
New rear swingarm (will not retrofit)
New rear brake (will not retrofit)
New rear fender joint (pre 08 paint sets will not retrofit)
New molded seat bases to fit new fender joint (will not retrofit)
New frame (will not retrofit)
New voltage regulator (will not retrofit)
New ignition coil
New battery
New fuel system (will not retrofit)
New belt guards upper & lower (will not retrofit)
New speedometer
New transmission spacers

I think that about covers the main softail line. Practically everything on the Rocker is new.
