Default Softail Standard

How many of you would go for the standard model without the add-ons?

Serioulsy, go for what you like. Some like all the bags and winder shields and stuff. Personaly I like the bare bones bike. You know , motor ,frame and wheels.

I'd go with the standard.

I like to choose my own ad-ons.

That's why I got the standard, to add my own add-ons.

I'm the opposite. I went for the Classic which is loaded to the gills...

I got the 05 Standard you see here. I love it man! I add my own Harley accessories whenever I want. You pay a "little" up front, and
just add on as you go, at your own financial pace. That's the fun of owning a Harley.

I went with the Standard and put on it exactly what I wanted. The bike is just to my liking, not too flashy and not too plain. Buying the Standard is cheaper, provided you don't go ape with the add ons.

Personally, I like the look of the Standard with the bobtail fender and the rake angle of the front forks. That's what sold me on it.
