Yep, I have one on my '03 Heritage and on my '07 Heritage. They work differently on each bike. On the '03, the turn signals have the red lenses but only illuminate when the brakes are applied and when the turn signal is activated. On the '07 the turn signals are on all the time as running lights, then get brighter when the brakes are applied or the turn signals are activated. Both ways, make you more visible and thats a safety issue.
Harley actually changed the module. I had the original on my night train which was just brake lights and turn signals. Then in 2006, they came out with the running lights\turn\brake light module. Now you can only get the latter. All kits use the same module, just make sure you are getting the module with the lenses for your bike. Great mod, highly recommended to all.
