Doesanybody have 10" Wild 1 Chubby Bars on a Heritage with pics or any other ride for that matter?
The stock bar on my 07 Heritage is a little uncomfortable to me, seems like when I getthe bar pushed up high enough the grips are a little to far away. Hoping the pull back dimentions on the 10" Chubbys would help witht that.
Here is a picture of my Heritage with the 10" mini's by Wild 1. For me I still had to push them forward just a bit, but still way more comfortable than stock. Hope that's the info your looking for.
Yo bro, that is like the best looking Heritage I have ever seen! Anything that is more comfortable over stock sounds great to me. HD has a cable length chart for their bars, on their 10" Fat Mini-Apes looks like they suggest +2" on Clutch Cable; +4" on Throttle/Idle Cables; on Front Brake Line says to go withtheir Modular System with a Upper Line 28" and the lower line is just model specific with no length given?
Are these lengths the same to what you used on the 10" Wild 1 Apes? If I ran the stock Heritage windshield with these bars would it work? Just trying to figure the right set up for a one shot deal.
Dan, Thanks, If I remember correctly the cable and brake line lengths were the +4". The brake line could have been a bit shorter but still works. Even with the bars pushed forward the stock windshield works good. When I first put the bars on I used the stock cables and line for about a week. The had to be massaged to get them to work but they did untill I got the braided steel.
