Default removing baffle

Hi
I own a 2002 HD Fatboy with factory pipes
if someone could help me

Im thinking of removing the baffle
what kind of sound will it give me
and will it affect the performance

I asked the stealer about doing that to my 08 heritage and was told it will make a whistling noise and won't run right, BUT we can sell you some pipes that would work better, so i'm leaving it alone cause i'm okay with the sound as it is

Try some Rush slipons.
Yup, leave the factory stuff alone. Pull the stockmufflers off and then slide on a pair from Rush.

You won't have to do anything else if you still have the stock air cleaner.

You can just knock out the baffle plate inside for a better sounding system without the need for remapping or spending a lot fornew parts. I did it cause I don't have the cash for new pipes or slip-ons right now and I didn't like the sound of the originals. I like the look, just not the sound.
