So I am guessing I have a stage 1 download. Probably just get the dealer to check next time fatty goes for a service. Is there any benefit in gettng a Power Commander or Fuel Pak etc? If I did get one, is it going to mess things up seeing as it may already have the stage1?

I have a little on my bike, and it has a SERT and has been dyno tuned. You can get rid of it altogether by pulling in on the clutch and taking the load off the engine.
