06' Heritage primary fill

Book says to add 26ounces, hard to visualize the fluid to see if level is correct. Is it safer to just add 1 quart?

I also have an 06 softail and I dump in 26 oz each time I change it and havehad no problem. Now have almost 47,000 miles on her.

I add one quart to the primary and have never had a problem. I don't know if it is "safer" to just add one quart, but it sure as hell is allot simpler than trying to measure out 26 ounces.
