that I recently put on my scoot and they didn't give me the look I was after. They are Fat Boy 08 Anniversery 1-1/4" bars for internal wiring and are very comfortable. The risers are higher than I expected, maybe 3". I really wanted some mini beach bars.
My question is do you think there would be any interest in these? I would like to offer them to my friends here before putting them on ebay.
Here's a couple of pics.

Those look like they have a wide-buckhorn flavor to them. Not bad looking but I understand what you are saying about wanting something more like mini beach bars.
G'day Marsh. Bout time you did something to your bike ... its been, say, weeks since your last mod.
btw - finally took off the front hubcap and pleased with the result. Merry Xmas. grzly
Beautiful machine! I am buying an '08 Deluxe at the end of January...first Harley, and first motorcycle owned in 40 years. I love the look of the Deluxe, but will have H-D mini-apes as I don't like the stock bars. I am also less than thrilled with the seat...but love the color/shape of yours. What manufacturer? Custom made? I know, you're probably asking me why buy the Deluxe if I don't like bars/seat...I love the look of the bike itself, and know that seats/bars are changeable...and truth be told, the seat on your machine is one of the coolest I have seen on these pages!
Thanks and I donât blame you, I also love the look of the Deluxe. I am happy with the Heritage because It is better for doubling when my wife wants to ride and it has bags which I have the quick detach feature on. It's a snap to go from this:
when we travel, to the configuration in my signature. I bought another stock seat and had it re-covered in the brown and alligator by a local guy who is very good and just switch them out as I want. If you think you might want to take your "signifigant other" riding, you might reconsider the Heritage. It's basicall the same bike as a Deluxe. Good luckMarsh
