Hi!
Does anyone know if. A Street Bob front fork fits to an Softail frame? Or do I have to make new tripple trees? I'm planning to change to this 49 mm fork.
You are going to have to either get new trees for a Dyna, or get a machine shop to bore out the holes in yours to 49mm.
Not sure if that's a really smart idea as I'm not too sure there's enough metal in there to do it without weakening the trees mounting point. Its probably fine to do I just done't know how much "extra" material is in there for that kind of thing. So I can't give you an absolute answer.
Personally, I would get the Dyna tree's just to play it safe and for the peace of mind.
