I can see the time just fine as long as there is a car behind me or as i pass under a streetlight.
I usually only really care about the time during the day because I'm commuting.

I have a formation stem mount. I love it. Let me know if you want to see pics of how it looks. I love the way it lines up with the dash so it doesn't look out of place. The steering stem is the way to go.
