Default Will 4.5" Risers fit on a Heritage?

I need to get closer to my handlbars. Will 4.5" pullback risers fit on a '08 FLSTC without having to lengthen or reroute cables?

I'm looking at Kuryakyn PN 1726.

Info on any other options would be appreciated.

Thanks, Gary

I have 4" pull backs that I bought from J&P on my 05. Fit is perfect.

I put new bars on as well. Wildone 515's and I had to put a new brake line on. The rest of the cables were fine.

Thanks for the idea. I'd like to bring the bars back on my 08Heritage also. Thought the only way to do that was to get new hbars. These risers look like just the ticket. I saw them at cyclespot for $43. I'm not too keen on the idea of replacing cables though, so I too would be interested in knowing whether this is required.
