Sorry, I know it's been covered many times and I have read so many past post my head is spinning so if anyone has info on what I'm wanting to do, please chime in.
05 deluxe
I want to add beach bars and chrome controls
I would like to go with the 39" or so 1 1/4" diameter.... Any suggestions on brand or vendor to get them from?
Risers? I've read I would need to go with 1" or so risers to look right. Any particular ones?
Cable lengths? Can anyone tell me a FOR SURE length on what I will need on throttle, clutch and brake lines? (also best place to buy if you know)
Check my photo gallery... I have the HD wide beach bars. Beach bars are not the nos comfortable bars for the long haul but they look cool. I went with stock+2 on the cables but that was because they did not have stock+1 which are the indicated for those beach bars.
I have the Wild 1 chubby bar beach bars and they are 1.25in internally wired.Get the braided lines if funds permit as well as that will clean the front end up nicely.
I agree with Howie. I have Wild1 beach bars w/ 1" risers on my 05 Deluxe. I love em...they should be able to help you with what you need. I believe +2 on the cables as well. Good luck!
