Here is my take on the whole deal. I have a SERT. With that being said, if your not going to be raceing, changing your pipes, A/C and big bore kits, and changing your cams alot I would get the PCIII. The SERT has alot more flexibility for tuning purpose, almost to the point of being to much for your average rider. The PCIII is more user friendly, and if you buy it from Fuel Moto, you can get it pre loaded with a map for your set up, which will be pretty close to what a dyno would do. But as state above the dyno is the only way to maximize the fuel managment. With that being said, a dyno tune is only as good as the guy tuning it. The thundermax and other wide band systems seem to be doing pretty good, but i would like to wait another year or 2 to see how they hold up in the long run before recomending them. Im sure they are fine systems, but I personally havent seen enough of them yet to make a good recomendation. But in the long run its going to be up to you. PCIII from fuel moto will come with a map already, be plug and play and is alot easier to adjust at home if you want to then the SERT, plus dyno jet and fuel moto will provide technical support if you get lost. With the SERT most dealers will tell you to take a hike.

One big plus for the SERT is that there in no external equipment. With all other fuel managers you have a piggyback box that plugs into the ecm on the bike.
