Default SISSY BARS??

What do you all think about sissy bars?I have a Train and I just put one on and just don't think it looks right.Obviously it is good forstrapping ona big travel bag for traveling etc.But do you really need it?I am rethinking taking it off and perhaps strapping that big travel bag to the turn signals and passengers pegs. What do you think any other suggestion are welcomed.

I like sissy bars, but it depends on the bike. I didn't have one on my Deuce because I didn't think it would look right, but I have one on my Custom. I think my Custom would look odd without one. There are some sweet lookin' custom sissy bars out there. They can look good, and be useful at times.

Love the detachable sissy bar...comes in handy for road trips and for my wife...otherwise I can live without it/don;t like the way it looks.

I like 'em. Gives some bikes a more classic look, IMHO.

Cheers!

No sissy bars here.

I do have a back rest though.
Its an HD unit and it does have a quick detach. The only time I take it off is to clean under it. I need a spot to bungee my jacket.

do a search on the net for twisted steel cusyom fabrication, he is a lil pricey but the bars are all one off customs and he'll make what ever you want.

Lol, ok, I told a bud to make me a sissy "From Hell". So he did. ........... I since ripped it in half. That was a little over the top, even for my bud.
