Yes you will be able to tell the difference.

If you are doing the work yourself you will save a lot of $$$.

Many others will chime in with their opinion on parts. The one thing I would go with is gear driven cams.

A little high but my local stealer ship runs a discount on big bore kit during winter months and charges 1500 then you would have to upgrade the cams. As far as telling the difference you will really feel the extra power. I did it and loved it and then put on bigger cams and performance heads and the 95 rocks and pulls hard through every gear.

poontamer...If you are anywhere near NH, give Reggie at R&R a call or go to rrcycles.com. Even if your not in the area, you can send your stuff to them and have a local help you out in your area with the install. Their stage 2 95" kit is really easy to install even if you don't have much experience. Get yourself the shop manual and go for it. You can have your heads and cylinders worked gear drive cams and pistons, etc. from R&R for less than the $2300 you got for a price if you already have a power commander. It should be $2100 with gear drive cams and no power commander. I can promise you from experience that it will blow your mind. For another $500-$600 you should be able to get it installed.

You may want to talk to Kevin or Doug at Headquarters. They put out some great products. I used them for my 95" build. Still need to dial in, but it has so much torque. Check out the site.

I just dropped off my07 Deuce. I had a 96" and upticking to the hd 103" phase II kits with the 255 cams. I went in to change the cams and ended up do the big bore kits. Parts and labor i got on a winter special for $1600 out the door. I wanted the 110" kits but was bumped up to $3800. All shops should offer winter package breaks. I ended up getting 25% off labor and 20% off parts. Stoked to feel the added power and torque. Shop it, you should get some good winter specials.
