Sorry guys, I know this subject has been beaten to death. I am in the process of trading in my 05 sporty 883L for a new 08 Heritage or deluxe. I have test driven both and think the heritage rides better but I love the nostalgic look of the deluxe. I am thinking I can make the Heritage look like the deluxe from all the pictures on this site. I love Marsh and TRats bikes. Here's my problem, I am very short, I am only 5'. I want a set of beach bars but need to find the ones with the narrowest width....Do they make beach bars 32-33" wide? If so, can you give me the part numbers? Also, Marsh, what kind of bars do you have? Are they from a Fat boy? thanks for all your help, I just love reading all the posts...
My bars are HD short beach bars 1-/4" in dia. You don't have to use the tach incorporated riser but you must use one that fits 1-1/4" bars.
If I can help further PM me and I will try.
Marsh
Thanks Marsh for your help!! I love your bike it is beautiful! You did a real nice job. After seeing your bike I realized I could get the heritage and make it look somewhat like the Deluxe...Thanks again...Now, I have to decide on what color to get or if I should get a custom paint job..
